Thank you for choosing Five Drive Rent A Car. Please read the following information carefully regarding vehicle rental, payment terms, and procedures in case of unexpected situations.

Please inform us if there is any change in the return location and/or date, otherwise additional charges may apply. A deposit of 300 EUR is mandatory. I agree to immediately pay any parking fines. If the fine is not paid by the renter, Five Drive Rent A Car will charge the client the amount of the fine plus an administrative fee of 20 EUR (including VAT). All charges are made in euros on the date the invoice is issued.

In case of an accident, damage (including damage caused by an animal), theft, or fire, the vehicle user must immediately contact the police and request an official report.

I confirm that Five Drive Rent A Car may forward my personal information from the contract in response to a request from the insurance company with which the vehicle is insured. If the insurance company rejects Five Drive Rent A Car’s claim for compensation, Five Drive Rent A Car reserves the right to recover the cost from the renter.

I accept the Terms and Conditions of Five Drive Rent A Car, as well as the Terms and Conditions of the credit and debit card issuers applied to this rental.
